I work on the day to day as a project manager, focusing on sprint success and organization of the team and ensuring that the project is progressing on the right track.
Name: Ricky Seagraves

Title: Product Manager

Ricky Seagraves is a project manager for Camber Creative Orlando

Describe your role: As a product manager, my goal is to fulfill client needs and plan out the roadmap for delivering successful products in a timely manner and within budget. I work with clients to understand what we are trying to accomplish, and become a product owner and subject matter expert in their space to fulfill requirements.

Before working at Camber Creative, Ricky Seagraves worked in quality assurance and product management.

Where are you located: Orlando, FL

Where did you study: I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Anthropology from Florida State University and a Master’s in Management of Information Systems from NOVA Southeastern University. I also have COMPTIA certifications in A+, Network+, and Security+.

What attracted you to Camber: The team is outstanding, projects are interesting (keeps me learning new technology), and the remote life can’t be beat.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself: I am an identical twin.

Favorite Camber moment: Our 2019 holiday party!

What are you passionate about: My family! But work-wise, I would say keeping the client and (just as importantly) the team happy and organized. I believe this helps build relationships for success and ultimately a great product at the end.

What types of projects did you work on before joining Camber: Before coming to Camber, I worked at an education technology company called Teaching Strategies LLC. For this project, I set up automated testing infrastructure and helped formalize the product team from the ground up (as there wasn’t one before). After transitioning out of my QA role, I worked with a team of three other PMs and ran Scrum teams.

What do you like to do for fun: Video games, traveling, watching movies and anime, and getting my swole on!

What is the nature of your day-to-day work at Camber: I work on the day to day as a project manager, focusing on sprint success and organization of the team and ensuring that the project is progressing on the right track. I also work as quality assurance (QA) testing mobile and web apps.

Ricky Seagraves works on quality assurance in Web Application Development and Mobile Application Development.
